Just finished this the other day.
Green turned pohutukawa timber with an oil finish, hopefully the oil will help with keeping any cracking to a minimum.

That is a very nice bowl. Now that it is turned that thin , it may warp but I don’t think it will crack!

Beautiful bowl made from a beautiful tree. I’ve been to NZ a number of times and always look forward to seeing them in bloom.
