Side table from unknown light wood plus walnut. The light colored wood is from a laminated table that I found, that I recycled the top and legs. Made new stretchers and added the center. Table said Made in Thailand.
I also experimented with a cutout filled with copper pigmented epoxy. Not sure I am happy with the way it came out,

You might notice that the taper is reversed. This is because of a problem with a couple of the legs when I recycled them. So I had to taper and because of the original holes on the inside from the leg-to-stretcher hardware, it came out reversed.

This wood was easy to work and I loved the grain on it. I wonder what kind of wood it is.
