Customer wanted a rope or lasso appearance so I used !” steel rebar and hot formed it and twisted the end to look like a knot. I had the letters cut using a waterjet from a local shop and connected with 1/4” steel round stock. I painted it flat black using rust resistant paint. The customer liked it so much he ordered 3 more.

That’s a great, design. Simple enough to reproduce; unique enough to be memorable.

As a disabled sheet metal worker turned disabled woodworker I think this is wonderful! Great project and very well crafted.
