Do you turn those to hollow the inside? And do you have any issues with them coming out pergectly centered? If it was only 1/8 inch out of center, the wall thicknesses would vary

I do not have a lathe (yet), so this is all hand is done on a belt sander for the outside and an oscillating drum sander for the inside….they are far from perfect but I’m told the handmade look is cool (my OCD doesn’t think so).

Thank You, we did 12-degree cuts on each side, then used the scraps to make some 16 oz mugs too….coming soon.

12 degrees on each side of each strip, salad bowl finish. Thanks!!
