Package Drop Box

It’s been a while since I’ve been on here so I thought I’d add something. I made this simple box project (not sure why the pics are sideways) to protect the packages my wife orders off amazon from getting destroyed since our dogs like to open them before we get them. I’ve included a pic of the culprits.

The box is made completely of scrap wood. Now that the lettering is on the box, let’s see if the carriers will leave packages there. FedEx already has without the lettering.

I know this is basic and simple but it’s one of the few woodworking projects I’ve been able to do lately since my son run xc and plays travel lacrosse (or at least he did….no more travel ball for me!) and I travel weekly with my job.

Thanks for looking!

Probably won’t protect from the dog treat orders 8^)

Great solution! Also should help with those rainy-day deliveries.

This package drop box is a good idea and it looks very nice.

Thanks guys. We had had too many packages destroyed by the dogs and new something had to be done.

Have your say...
