I decided to make a potato chip slicer.
The best way to make chips is in olive oil.
They taste delicious. Try it and see.

A great little kitchen gadget. I think a little push rod to push the potato through would be a great addition

Cool. Wish I had this last night when I made potato chips for the first time ever. I cooked them in a cast iron skillet over an open fire. Worked pretty well. Some were thicker and didn’t get crispy, but still tasty. I’ll try olive oil next time.
