Some people say that tearing it all down and building from scratch is easier – not that I agree with that approach.

What was it about this 1898 home that made you/the owners want to do the remodel rather than demolish it?

well it appears the neighbors have gotten a little closer since 1898, nice rehab work, like the kitchen
