Beautiful house! This gives me hope for my 1860 Victorian. I see these pictures and think “lots and lots of time”. Thanks for the post.

Some people say that tearing it all down and building from scratch is easier – not that I agree with that approach.

What was it about this 1898 home that made you/the owners want to do the remodel rather than demolish it?
