I’d say on a satisfaction-to-difficulty scale, this project scores pretty high with me. In other words, it was pretty easy, but produced a nice, usable result that I can put in the new camp/lake house. As I’ve mentioned in previous projects, I have a homemade CNC, so cutting this was a piece of cake, although honestly a scroll saw would have done just as well and possible better since I was limited to a 1/4” internal radius on the cuts.

My wife wanted a small heart over the location of the camp and hairpin style legs which I forged myself using a coal fired forge and authentic medieval anvil. OK fine, I actually I ordered them on Amazon :-)

This table turned out beautifully.

One down, 49 more states to go!
Love Maine, particularly in the fall, it is a beautiful state just like your table.
