Sorry about the picture, apparantly I’m not a photographer. I made this for a friend’s “man room.” He laid out his favorite beer bottle caps inside. It was my first time using Butternut, and I really liked working with it.
Now his wife wants one to put sea shells in

Looks great! (...but beer bottle caps? Your skill needs to be praised of more worthy things besides beer bottle cap!)

This is a great piece: functional, clean lines, classic mortise and tenor joinery, and a beautiful wood. Furthermore, you are very generous if you actually gave this away!

No no, a display table that nice HAS to have worthy contents to display. I think bottle caps are the obvious choice.
