Nice bowl and very nice grain wood. How did you do it without a lathe? Was it carved? With a power carver or by hand?

Jim, it was carved with a Lancelot chainsaw disc on an angle grinder followed by gouges and chisles to clean it up a bit and A LOT of sanding.
