Maple box w/inlay

This was one of my earlier efforts at complicated inlay. The box itself is very basic, with box joint sides and rabbeted top and bottom. The inlay uses cherry and mahogany that I cut myself out of scraps, and if you follow the bands around the box, the weaving pattern all matches up.

Just thinking about doing a weave like that makes my head hurt. :-)
