One of the few projects that went very well for me…until the finishing part. The finish is lousy. But after the grand kids beat the tar out of it, it’ll be just fine.

Cherry and walnut. Minwax something, Arm-R-Seal that, Watco I don’t know. Lee Valley hardware. Hand cut joinery.

That’s nice looks real nice I love the dovetails I like the finish and it’s solid cherry that’s real nice

Beautiful work. Make sure you have hole somewhere in there incase the kids crawl inside and close the top.

Thanks for the excellent advice. I’ll spokeshave a gap between the lid and 2 side panels.
