I made this board over the weekend 14” x 91/2” x11/4” made from Mahogany, White Ash, and Cherry. I bought a couple of Olive Wood at the Wood Turning Show in Waco Texas. The pieces were dray but very rough and cupped but I was able to get this Dove inlay from one. I love the way Olive Wood finishes. This was my first time to use this wood but I think turned out looking pretty nice.

This is a beautiful board and that inlay looks great.

The Mahogany adds a real nice colour to the board!

Beautiful board, Ray. I had an occasion to turn some olive wood last winter and it some of the most beautiful wood I’ve used.

Of all your boards so far, this is my favorite. Good job.
