I posted the wood magazine version of this clock a couple of weeks ago and planned on making another for our other grandchild. Lew posted the little girl version and gave me the inspiration to alter the plans as he had done.
I once again made it from hickory except the back board where I used poplar.
Other than all the hand sanding hickory has become one of my favorite woods to work with.
We are getting ready to travel to Oregon where I will present this to our 4 year old granddaughter.
