I turned this 95 cm tall vase with pebble in the center sometime ago from 456 pieces ( segments) of rock maple. The pebbles are glued on less than 1 cm thick plywood wall cylindrical shape. Some rings, as you see made of plywood as well. It took me long time to finish it, but. I enjoy every minute of it.

Very clever/attractive use of stone. What did you use for the adhesive?

Zagreb, any artist has to be a bit crazy, the woodturners as well. They are in their own world of imagination and creation. The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time. Thank you for the comment.
