Did you scroll saw it out or use a CNC machine? It is really cool.

Scrollgirl, I cut it on my scrollsaw. I haven’t progerssed to the lvel of a cnc machine….

Coz, awesome job on the sign, i did not realize it tilll i looked at it close and you told scrollgirl you used a scroll saw on it. Man that is great saw scroll work real straight lines, i love it.

That’s some mighty fine cutting for the scroll saw! People don’t realize how hard it is to do straight lines and make that type of lettering consistent. That’s why I thought you did it with the CNC. It really looks great! :)

Wow nice sign cozmo
do you make these to sell as well? I would love onr that says something like DADS WOODSHOP BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID!
Again very nice scrollsaw work. Question, how did you get the scrollsaw plunged into the wood or am I just a knucklehead and should know this. I don’t scroll yet.

Dan, I drill a pilot hole for the blade on each letter and feed the blade up through the bottom. I cut each letter and the arrow seperatly.
