Project Information

Got a commissioned order for a barn door tv stand. This was the first piece that I was asked to put barn doors on, and I was happy to take on the challenge. Not knowing much about making furniture to fit barn doors, I started my build. Once the hardware showed up, I test fit it, and found out that the top rail (it was 4") was too narrow for the hardware that I ordered, so I had to take the top apart and put a 6" rail to fit the hardware. Once everything was figured out, the stand went together quickly. Old weather gray with an ebony top was what they asked for, and here are the end results.

Love the cabinet and doors, don't really care for the gray though. Nice job.
