Just a though, but you can use white acoustic speaker cloth to make your speakers “disappear”. You can get some here. Just make a screened panel that friction fits the opening and add little stops behind to keep it flush with the front.

Another cool trick is if you remove your existing speaker grills and add lighting in those cabinets, then you can make your speakers “reappear” at the flick of a switch.

For those that wondering about the screen size, its a 96in Carada screen – 16:9 aspect ratio.
