Bowl from a Board

I made my bowl from a board out of maple, cherry, walnut, mahogany and purple heart, and I finished it with a home made finish of two parts lacquer to one part thinner followed by Hut satin wax then gloss wax.

Very nice, was this made by cutting tapered rings, like the ring master does.

I cut tapered rings on my scroll saw then offset each ring in the glue up
