A bandsaw is quicker… unless you have a TWC and then it is lots of fun…

I wish I had a router and a circle cutting jig.

I made a 2×6 edge-jointed circle table top last week.

I attached the boards with pocket hole screws, drew a circle with a 1×3 with 2 holes in it, and then detached the joints and rough-cut with a table saw before reattaching and going to town with a power planer and a belt sander.

Your way seems much easier. :)

I haven’t gotten around to making this yet, but just in case another LJ might be interested in it. Be my GUEST Please. If the Plan is to small, let me know and I’ll try and post a Bigger one. Photobucket keeps resizing my Original Images!!!

I guess you could do a “Save Picture As” and increase the size.

Maybe these will help. They’re HALF the size I downloaded to The Bucket and I can’t seem to Edit them to a bigger size. Any Tips LJ’s?

I also have 2 Jig Pics for a Disc Sander Circle Cutter (Sander), but you have to take it to a Rough Shape first, with a DULL AXE or something ..LOL…

Be a Hell of a lot easier if we could just Post Pictures right from our Computers. Same as in a “New Project”. Why NOT is Beyond me. BUT! The Rules are The Rules and MAYBE there’s a Reason WHY NOT?? I also can’t “BOLD” for the last 4 or 5 Days. Anyone else having that Problem?
