Is this blade used in a machine or do you cut these peices by hand?

The blades are for a scroll saw. Great looking puzzle, I just got a scroll saw and wow do I have a large learning curve. That is incredible work.

This looks fun… to make and to assemble.
Do you cut them freehand or use a pattern?

How do you make them?Do you have template or gauge or just make one by one with saw?
