This bathroom vanity unit was built in Purple Heart. The inlays are Maple. I took the photo before the mirrors on the doors were fitted. The client was very specific as to what he wanted and money was no object. Searching hard to find another one like him…..

Purple heart and Maple have become my favourites for the colour, that is a good build and a most unusual design. You got to love those type of clients.

Oh man that is just awesome. I love the blend of modern (all the sharp lines, diagonals) and traditional (dovetails).

Awesome wouldn’t describe it! Nice use of a great design and use of wood colors.
Edit: Went back to Ooooo! and Aaaahhhhh! over it. Noticed the dovetail joints on the corners. Another point for you!

BEAUTIFUL piece of work! The Natural stone wall, the floor, that Deep Red, and the Maple Inserts put the Bow on the Entire Package, it ALL works VERY well.
