Another wood burning, this time of the Floating torii at Itsukushima Shrine in Japan. Tried playing with some interesting textures for the water & sky. Came out pretty good I think. Still need to make a frame for it.
The image is burned into birch plywood and stained with multiple stains.
Added a layered laminated oak frame to give it more dimension.

Gorgeous burning, it looks very authentic.
