This is a bit of a cheat, because I was only involved in a minor way in this project. However, I’m posting it because I think it is gorgeous.

I have a customer who is a wonderful gardener. For the past couple years she has come to me for help with her display for the annual “Art in Bloom” show at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. As you can see, she is wonderfully creative and I love to help her out with the “staging” for her arrangements. She comes to me with the ideas and I do the woodworking for her.

This year my part was the box and cross piece, inside is a large black ceramic flower pot.

All of the elements of this display are wonderful. They balance each other well. Nice choice of finishes. Thanks for sharing.

A beautiful concept thanks for sharing it Kate & whatever contribution you made it wouldn’t have been quite the same without it
