I made this hard maple box today. It is for the inside of my friends sailboat. To help cover the backside of the gages and wires used in the outside drivers location. it was my first attempt using my Porter Cable dovetail jig. Took some practice using but did a fine job. All dovetails were flush and had to be assemble using a rubber mallet. Now that the garage is cleaned up. i can get some more projects done. Before my wife and kids. Filll it back up with thier junk lol…

Nice project, fellow Katy-ite. Sounds like the fit was so tight, that glue was almost optional!
