From making my hiking staffs, I always have little scrap ends that I cut off of the branches. I had been looking for a way to do something with the usable ones that I had. With my son being in boy scouts and me being an asst. scout master, I finally decided to try and make some neckerchief slides out of these pieces. These are the 2 that I have finished so far. I have plans to make some more, specifically for the boys that have made Eagle since we have joined our troop, and also to go with my sons boy scout patrol name. I will post those when I get them finished.

Cool! I have a whole collection of slides and bolo ties that I have made or bought. Scouting was good times.
