Something I put together a few months back and I absolutely love it. Works like a charm.

Very clever design – I finished one late last night but it is no where as nice as yours.

How difficult was it to match up the PVC to you shop vac?

The PVC fit the inlet of the vac with very little work. Fitting the hose to the inlet of the cyclone was a bigger challenge.

Neat setup. It is difficult to get a decent sized bin with a sufficient seal, at least here down under.

May be a tad overkill, however, if you have access, 3D printed couplers (green) make cross fitting of competitive branded components a breeze. Incredible how a 2 1/2” hose from brand-A will never fit the 2 1/2” outlet of brand-B.

Impressive. Where did you get that yellow barrel?

Yup, this design is a win! I acquired a free shop vac last night, so it’s going to get a version of this. I especially like the remote power switch, that’s a little genius move. Hose storage another plus.

Strong work.
