I made this birdhouses from plywood. The roof is made out of a plastic bucket. It is painted by my wife and daughter. It was made as a gift.

Thanks for watching.

Beautiful job and very unique. Now they have a place to eat and sleep. Great family project.

Very nice Dutchy, now the big question. Are the birds using them and how do you clean them out?

Wow, such effort, must be very good and important birds. Beautiful details and colouring.

Dutchy, best thing I’ve ever seen here at LJ.

Can I have one dozen to start off with, please. With a bit of luck the birds around here may go on a permanent vacation and stop squawking and crapping all over and in my roof!

PS. I posted similar reply before, but I think it may have got censored… I’m only a bird lover if they stay in their own trees and stop invading my house.

Next year maybe I can tell if birds will use it. Cleaning? The RV has a backdoor for housekeeping.

They are RV’s not boats. The RVs would be sunk at the ocean
