Foot long wooden dagger

Worked up a nice piece of walnut and joined it to a wax maple handle (dyed black) with JB Weld mixed with some black cement coloring powder. It measures 12 3/4” overall and looks totally “wicked” as they say up in Maine.

Thanks for the nice comments. I’ll be busy making another knife like this one, as this one wound up being sold last night! Wasn’t planning to sell it but the gorgeous lady was determined to have it. BTW, I had re-worked the handle to make the grooves uniform and smooth. The first effort was unsat. Going too fast!
