Pig Serving Tray

I made this serving tray for a friend based on something he had seen at a party. The pig is made out of 8/4 walnut and is about 34” L x 18” W. It is big. The finish is Howard’s Butcher Block Conditioner. To keep the tail stiff, I poured epoxy over it and left it to soak in. I used a dowel and rubber band to keep its shape while the epoxy set.

I like that you used a different wood for the eye and rope for a tail. Great job
