Hi guys, I haven’t posted much lately, it’s been busy between work and getting planes done and in the mail. I wanted to show off my newest model, it’s similar in size to my Medium Smoother, but a bit longer and wider. With a bed angle of 55 degrees, a tight mouth, and a thick iron, they work exceptionally well on tough grain and leave a perfect finish. This grew out of a commission from a customer to make a wider plane that was still around the size of the Med. Smoother. The first one is infilled with Desert Ironwood and the second is “Black and White” Ebony. Both are on my site now, be sure to check them out. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Thanks for looking!

Plane awesome. If it works anywhere near as good as it looks, then you are the master.

Thanks for all the kind words! Most of the time is in the finish work, the actual construction isn’t too bad now that I have the setups to produce the parts. Prices and info are on my site, you’ll be surprised at the costs!
