Saw some ideas on line modified it to fit my needs with the part for the carded batteries on the right.
Total cost is about $8 since the wood was cut offs
The spindle sander does a great job on smoothing the radius cuts.

I made one of these today using 1/2” plywood. My batteries are now in good order and compact. Thanks again for the idea and the photo.
