This was my very first attempt at building furniture a buffet for the wife (pictured and our son). Depending on which part of the country you’re from this can be called a side board or buffet I guess, all I was told was I want it yea long yea wide and yea tall by the time she was done with the dimensions I was beginning to feel like Noah! Well anyway I used pine for this project not having discovered the many sawmills that dot this area. With only a 10” contractor table saw I managed to eeak this one out.

If this is your first attempt at furniture then you can keep you skill level were your at an always make perfect furniture . Most excelent top to bottom.

Thanks a lot guys! I forgot to mention that I framed this up in hickory, wish I hadn’t now because it takes a fork lift to move just about.

Very well done Tom. Lots of people overlook pine as a nice building material. How about some dimentions?
