This one is 10” long with a Watco Butcher Block Oil & Finish. Some of the spatulas that I have made are longer but due to wood (which I have hand milled with a hand saw), I have tried to maximize wood potential. The Watco finish is my favorite finish for all items that require that they be food safe. It seems to me like it is a finish and gloss all in one. – Joel
