While walking the dog one night I noticed a dresser and 5 drawers sitting next to it out at the curb with the garbage. What caught my eye was the box joints and Baltic Birch looking plywood of the drawer boxes. I came back with the car and loaded up the abandoned drawers. I removed the drawer face and added a center shelf with the intent on mounting it on the wall as a shelf for my daughter’s makeup to help clear her cluttered makeup table. I then needed a French cleat to hang it on the wall which I made out of a 1/2”x5” MDF strip that I saved from packaging from a toolbox shipping crate. I had some leftover gloss white RustOleum which worked out very well.
Thanks for looking!
