I was sent some awesome inspiration for a new project and have been working on this bench build for the last month.

You can watch the full creation of it here: https://youtu.be/L3niI96YIw8

Was super fun to create and it only makes me make more things like it.

Cheers,

Thanks! Was really fun to tackle – seems like a project that is unattainable but in reality is very much something a crafter can tackle with a bit of patience!

That must have been a ton of carving. Well done, I like it a lot.

About five hours worth I’d say but its a lot of fun to do it and create and shape. Never a dull moment!

Yo Zac there you are!

Nice job on the carving I must say.
Also I was very impressed that Kevin Inkster actually replied, I am making a carved seat using the turbo planer and doing a tutorial at the same time so I thought I should ask permission from Arbortech if it was OK but they didnt even reply, boo hiss !!

Anyway back to your project, well presented and staged for a great result.

There was another LJ asking about wood carving so I just linked your Youtube post to him. A one stop answer for all his questions supported by outstanding physical results.

The hair is looking good as ever!!
