so… I’ve had it with my ikea coffee table, so i decided to make me a new one!
99.9% unplugged, used a tailed sander for the top.
American walnut, and i LOVE it!!

Beautiful work on this. I see so many saying how good walnut is to work with. One day I’ll find some and I hope I produce something as nice as this table :)

It was a pleasure building it, walnut is great to work with hand tools!

Papadan, the beer had nothing to do with me being an observer in the past… it’s just for the mood when I’m in the shop. :)

Really nice! I Love the massive look of it.

Every time I do anything with walnut it reminds me of how nice it is to work with. You’ve convinced me to use it more often.
