There are (five) 4” pipes in the floor connected to a 1-1/2 hp Delta Dust Collector with a 5” Super Dust Deputy that exhausts through a wall to outside. Can i eliminate the use of a filter?? Is four inch pipe enough to handle one machine at a time. Total run including back & side walls is approx. 25 feet.
The router table has a 1-1/2” Milescraft top and underside dust collection that connects to a 4” three way manifold connected to each table saw. Blast gates control each inlet. Both saws have dust chutes exiting into 4” outlets.
Hoping to have separate/multiple inlets on the back & side walls.
Any suggestions??

IMHO….you are marginal as testing show around 650-700 cfm at best through a 4” duct. You should be cautious and avoid sharp 90 degree elbows as shown in one of your pictures We can not see how many elbows and what type are buried in the floor but if you know you could do some calculations for static pressure loss and estimate flow.

Have your say...
