I was digging through some old pictures and found this Juniper bed I built a number of years ago. It was built with fire killed Juniper from Utah. The client wanted a fan shaped pattern for the head board and this is what she designed. All the joinery for the logs is full scribe with interior steel pins. All the log work we do it the full scribe method. It is much stronger and more visually appealing that the stick in the hole method. What do you all think? If you click on the link you can see some of the other stuff we have built with Juniper
