This was my first highchair, actually first chair or piece of real furniture of any kind. I built it for Christmas of ‘05. I was trying to do a Maloof style design but looking back it ended up a pretty far cry from it, but my Sister-in-law and Brother-in-lay were very happy, they still say it’s the nicest piece of furniture they have in their house. The Walnut came from my wife and Sister-in-law’s Grandfathers farm so that makes it a little more special.

After being raised in this chair the child is destined for greatness. Excellent work.
