Wow! This is a beautiful piece. It’s made of outstanding wood and there’s lots of nice craftsmanship on this box.

No doubt there was some very careful turning going on there!!

It Reminds me of the Black Mountain Telstra Communications tower we have in the National Capital, it has a revolving restarant in it , a great tourist attraction when in Canberra…. here is a picture

bambi, Very precise turning. Very Clever…..the grain and swirl in the wood is very attractive!!!

Did you use your Steady when turning this project?

Clif,no Stead,yhollow part i made in two pieces of oak and glue up,botom is akaci,lid is beech and finial is oak

Dobro, napokon si se probudil! Ovo je pretpostavljam od dva djela napravljena posebno pa ljepljeno – u svakom slučaju dobra ideja. Jel bu imalo neku namjenu?Jel bu dosta stabilno? Sviđa mi se akacija.
