this is a jewelry box made for my niece’s birthday. it is made of purpleheart and curly maple with some walnut inlay’s. only a rub only poly was used with a coat of finishing wax.

Wondering how many coats of poly you used? How do find wax over poly works for you?

That’s a nice looking box and the combination of maple & purpleheart is a good one. I’m sure your nice will like it very much
