You people are so talented – after building my shop – had to stick to simple (cheap) things to do. So I started with woodburning – have been asked to build some dog beds with names and pictures of the dog – for WindSwept Kennels – we will see how that goes.
Here is a few of my projects – just new at this – just started in December.

Larry -
Welcome to LumberJocks!
Your pyrography is wonderful. I will have to show the piece with Robert E. Lee to my son Matt as he is a big Civil War buff.
I am glad we have the shuffle feature!

Thanks David….my son is also a civil war buff and as he is a history teacher I guess he better be. I did both for him…but he had no place to put them…so they are still in my shop…he did want a tiger tank – small – which i did for him…pyrography is fun and a time burner for me…

I just can’t get over the talent at this LJ site. Everytime I look at this page I find another piece of work to put me to shame.
I have never done any of the wood burning, but this is truly inspirational…
So many different things to try….. What to do !

Hi Larry,
I am glad this came back up on my list. These are wonderful pieces of art. To tell you the truth I wouldn’t know where to begin in order to create something like this. You have a gift for this sort of art. My favorite of the three would be the owl. It is so rich in detail.
thanks for the post.

Duane – I seldom come back to my own post – but saw your question – I have done more – will see if I can post them. Second thought – not to bore folks – if you go to this web site – there are more here – along with other things that I have done.

Hi Larry,
Don’t worry about boring any of us.
Myself, i’d rather look at your projects on Lumberjocks.
That’s what Lumberjocks is all about.
It’s a much nicer way of viewing them.
Your MSN pictures don’t work well with my Mac.
