I designed and built this for my friends are new house, Made of solid poplar and some birch plywood for the inside of the boxes, All the trim (except the crown) inside the boxes, under the crown, etc. I custom made with my favorite router bit (I forget what its called) Sanded, Primed, Sanded primer smooth as glass for it to be painted Semi Gloss White…Pictures are just primer, Not painted yet.

Awesome Fireplace Mantel MJR! All wood too better then the MDF one I posted! I like the way you did the matching top, The TV should look good when it’s installed. Nice work!
