Freaking turning!

I am pretty new to this “hobby” and I am trying to control costs. One of the ways I have managed to keep the budget in check is to keep the lathe out of the equation. I saw this project and instantly thought of one of my relatives that would love a bottle stop holder with five or six custom turned stops included. I do have access to an industrial lathe but using that on the weekends is not quite the same as coming home after work and heading to my garage for some stress relief.

Excellent idea and execution!

Very nice, intricut work.

Question; where is a good place to get the metal stoppers?

I got those metal bottle stoppers at Woodcraft. I have started buying solid stainless steel ones which are supposed to last longer at Craft Supplies USA.
