Here’s the shot of the expandiing T Track I use for my table saw and router table slots. The idea is really simple putting about a 2” slot in the track in both ends. Then use a chamfer bit to hold a wedge shaped bolt, a piece of CPVC, with a washer goes over the bolt, and a 5-star knob is used to tighten the bolt, which wedges the track in the slot, keeping my jigs securely locked in place.

Hmm… gears are turning in my head… this could be very useful for some jigs I’ve got… THanks for sharing!

Very nice. I’ve made some out of oak for holding feather boards on my router table but this would be much faster and I have several short off-cuts of t-track laying around needing a purpose. Thanks!
