Cherry and Maple Serving Tray/Breadboard with curved splines. Each spline is 3 Maple strips each 1/12” thick ripped using my thin rip jig.

Thanks. I used my thin rip jig to make 6 strips that were each 1/12” thick then used a 1/4” router bit about 3/8” deep to follow my curved template. Then used my scroll saw to cut down the middle of the groove. Used a pattern bit to remove the rest of the waste. Glued three of the strips and the two panel pieces. Flipped over the template and repeated the process. Check out Scotty Lewis video for more info.
