Interesting use of materials. I’m pretty sure I’ve never heard of a corian top for a router table. That’s gotta work pretty good.

Sarge you are making my day!
As far as the Corian, do you like it for this application? Would you recommend it?

Great table Sarge. What type of plate/lift are you using?

Sarge I like your “outside the box” approach to this router table. What a great idea, bet the wood just glides across the Corian. I knew it worked well with woodworking tools, just never thought of it for the main portion of a project. Thanks for adjusting my thinking.

What did you use to stick the corian down to the MDF?

THANKS FOR THE COMMENTS GUYS. THE ONLY THING I WOULD DO DIFFERENT WOULD BE TO BUILD SOME KIND OF TORSION BOX TO GO UNDER THE TABLE. THE WEIGHT OF THE ROUTER CAN CAUSE DEFLECTION. THE CORIAN WORKS GREAT. PENCIL MARKS COME RIGHT OFF AND WITH A COAT OF WAX SLICK AS GLASS.
