Honing Stone Holder

Made this holder for my two Arkansas honing stones.

It Stores nicely on the wall in a slide braket, fits in the vice securely when being used.
The holes allow the stones to be removed.

They look exactly like the stones I bought from Lee Valley! Dan’s stones?

yes they are from lee valley, in honesty I am used to water stones. Im not 100 percent happy with these new ones.
Difficult to get them to cut.
How’s yours working out?

Really only use the Black for a quick hone/polish, Like my water stones better!
The good news is that they should last my lifetime.
