Made this exterior door trim out of cypress and painted it for one of my rentals. Tenants like nice things too, and when they’re proud of their residence, they seem to take better care of them. Thanks for looking

very attractive entrance to the home,and I agree seems most land lords just use the cheapest creepiest materials they can get and then wonder why there tenants don’t care or take care of the unit.nice work.

Thanks for the nice comments, I try to use the best materials I can afford on my rentals and that cuts down on return trips to fix the cheap repairs, and Larry, owning a couple of rentals, I find the term Land Lord overrated. I feel more like a Land Servant. LOL
